How these figures are worked out
  • Everything is a total or an average across all logged routes. No single route, customer or address is shown.
  • Dates are given to the month. Clock times are never published, only how long each part of the day takes.
  • Pace uses the time on the road, from leaving the depot to the last drop. The working day runs from leaving home to getting back.
  • Return reasons are grouped into standard categories; anything else is counted as "Other".
  • Sections appear once there is enough data to be fair: three timed days for the working day, five returns for the reasons.
  • Figures are refreshed within fifteen minutes of a new route being logged.
